I had a great stay during my business trip. the deluxe queen room had everything I needed. Plus, I found some really good prices at this hotel. 😊.

Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with excellant setting really close to the centre of town, and shops. Extremely comfy bed in the standard queen room, plus a microwave oven, air conditioner, and an iron.

It was close enough to main shopping area and facilities, restaurants and centre of town, unbeatable location overall.

The staff at Courtyard Motor Inn are very friendly, and the place is generally quite clean. the location is convenient, being close to the center of Shepparton. it's just a short distance from a pub that offers delicious meals and several clubs with affordable dining options.

Fairly clean hotel, amiable staff, absolutely perfect and lovely location friendly close to everything. A great-sized and huge and reasonably priced room with an extra bed. Location just off main shopping area and facilities, clubs providing inexpensive meals and a very good restaurant.

We stayed in suite with an extra bed. Coffee and tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware were available.

The location was convenient for exploring nearby shops and restaurants, and the room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. the pool was not inviting, the children's playground wasn't suitable, and the bathroom definitely needs attention. there's potential here, but upgrades are necessary.

WE were very happy with our stay, the room was very clean and comfy. Our breakfast was very tasty.

I was really pleased with the value for my money; the room was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials like a microwave and fridge. the location was great for walking to dinner spots, and the staff made my check-in pleasant and easy.

The food for breakfast could use more variety and freshness.

Plus, the outdoor area with the BBQ and picnic tables was perfect for our evening meals. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from great eateries and a pub with delicious meals. It felt welcoming and close to everything, definitely making it easier for our adventures around town!

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the pool—it really could use a good scrub. the heater didn’t seem to be working quite right, which made it a bit uncomfortable in the evenings.

Convenient Location with Room for Improvement

the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, particularly in the bathroom, which had visible mould and soap scum. the management's customer service could greatly improve; a more respectful and accommodating attitude would enhance the guest experience significantly.
